Returns and Refunds

If the product(s) delivered do not match your order please contact us via email and we will arrange the return of the said goods.

If there is a problem with the quality of the product such as a manufacturing fault, then please get in touch and provide photograph and a description of the problem. Our team will be happy to asses the issue and take action to rectify or replace any items.

A refund will be offered only when an order is cancelled prior to any work being carried out. If you need to cancel an order you should contact as soon as possible. 

If an order has been placed by the customer and subsequently produced by Eternal Jewellery a refund will not be offered on cancellation as the goods are  custom-made using the ashes supplied.
