Returns and Refunds

If the product(s) delivered do not match your order please contact us via email info@eternaljewellery.co.uk and we will arrange the return of the said goods.

If there is a problem with the quality of the product such as a manufacturing fault, then please get in touch and provide photograph and a description of the problem. Our team will be happy to asses the issue and take action to rectify or replace any items.

A refund will be offered only when an order is cancelled prior to any work being carried out. If you need to cancel an order you should contact info@eternaljewellery.co.uk as soon as possible.

If an order has been placed by the customer and subsequently produced by Eternal Jewellery a refund will not be offered on cancellation as the goods are  custom-made using the ashes supplied.
