Providing The Ashes
Delivery
Once we receive your order we will send a pack to enable you to collect a small amount of your loved one's cremation ashes. Our pack includes instructions, a sealable plastic bag and spoon, both made from biodegradeable material. We will require a teaspoon of ashes for each item ordered, and will of course return any unused ashes together with your jewellery.
A prepaid return envelope is included for ease which will be royal mail 1st class.
We understand that some people would like the ashes to be tracked. If this is the case we would advise sending them using Royal Mail's Special Delivery service at your cost.
